    i'v been mixing since i was 16, when i was 18 i moved to Bristol where started music production and to attend a music production and performance DJ college, i've now got qualifications in both, not long after i was playing in Cardiff when Bass FM asked me to play weekly on their pirate radio station, Apart from Bazooka in Haverfordwest and Newtown, i now only really play locally eg; Fusion in Newcastle Emlyn, Reverb in Carmarthen and No Exit in Aberystwyth due to not enough promotion but Diamond Cartel are getting more a more interest every month so WATCH THIS SPACE!

  • Dubble Drop

    There's a massive phenomenon in Drum n Bass circles called the double drop. Basically a double drop is when you've got your two tunes lined up so well that both of them drop at exactly the same time. Essentially it means loads of impact.....shitloads.
    When it's done properly you've got two basslines and melodies rolling at exactly the same time. You're effectively creating another track altogether, or a remix of two tunes. In fact it can make a track that doesn't sound too good on its own sound amazing!
    And then, as demontrated by the Diamond Cartel is the Triple drop, on 3 decks, lets not go into that just yet though, 1 word = ENERGY
