So.... it's my fourth (?) day here, and I'm struggling to find the right keys on the keyboard. Argh.

So, after lots and lots of sleep (ahhh....), I was ready to attack the streets of Paris...kinda... I have risen to the highest elevations a gazillion times via a few gazillion stairs, and seen the whole of Paris. Stupid me; I also brought new shoes -.-" My feet ache.

I have visited the most well-known sites- obviously the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Musée du Louvre, as well as the Notre Dame, the Basilica, and the Hotel des Invalides.

Lotsa photos taken, and lotsa croissants, pain aux raisins et pain au chocolat eaten! HA! Beat that all you guys back in Australia who thought I would miss out on le petit déjeuner; I get the aunthentic thing. =P =P =P The food here....delicieux...Miam miam!

You know, I was ready to have a relaxing holiday, until I hopped onto the Metro. I was back in Australia during peak hour. I didn't think it was possible, but the public buses here are as bad as the 610s...but ALL THE TIME. Not only that, but I took my books with me. That's right! I took homework with me...on holidays!

Although Paris seems all romantic and pretty and stuff - which it is btw- its streets are quite dirty, with traces of doggy doo scattered everywhere =S

i've been trying to touch up on my French...with no luck whatsoever. What was I thinking? Being able to understand what these people are saying. I know less French than this six-year-old girl whose family my aunt and I are currently staying at.

Well, in approximately 30 mins I'll be outta here to catch a train into Alençon (more country-ish). Just thought I better let everyone know what a FANTASTIC time I'm having xD
