How old are you? 16 in three weeks (finally!)

Firstly, what do you play?: Guitar
When did you start and how long have you been playing?: I started playing when I was twelve, so four years.
Who was your first teacher?: I'm self-taught.
Any others?: See above.
Do you play for any bands/orchestras/school things, etc?: I'm kind of still trying to get one together, so not yet.
Have you ever been on a music course type thing?: Nope.

You and your instrument
Does it have a name?: Tommy, because of The Who. I credit Kristina with helping me name it!
What sort of colour is it?: Sunburst.
Was it expensive? It was 300 euro, which isn't that bad.
Do you know anything about where it was made or where it came from?: It's a Fender Strat.
Is there anything funny or different about your instrument?: Not really.
What colour/make is its case?: I have quite a nice black gig bag.
Do you play any other instruments?: Drums, bit of harmonica.
Do you prefer sight reading or playing by ear?: Playing by ear. I'm not very good at sight reading.

What kind of music do you like?: Classic rock, blues, jazz, soul, punk, ska.
Do you have a favourite/ composer or artist?: My favourite songwriters are Pete Townshend, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Ray Davies and Paul Weller.
What is your favourite band?: The Who.

Lastly, how much does this instrument mean to you? I'm very attached cos I've had it for so long and will sit and play it for hours... so yeah, a lot.
