Then monday, for anyone in Dublin... we're playing a free "Fight The Fees" gig with Jinx Lennon in The Chapel in IADT, Dun Laoghaire to open their Fresher's week. Then on Saturday 26th we got the big one.. Alright folks. Thanks to everyone who came out to Jamapalooza last weekend. Was great to see the massive crowd that showed up and all the great bands that played. Well done to the lads from Annas chamber for organisin the outdoor festival and also a special mention to whoever forgot to put enough juice into the power generator lol. Yea.. for anyone wondering why we lost lights, vocals and P.A. sound in the middle of our second song.. the generator powering the rig ran out of fuel so it had to be refilled mid-set. We kept it goin though with, drums, the backline, a big adder and a few hundred people shouting FUCK YOU I WONT DO WHAT YOU TELL ME! the mayhem that resulted left some of our guitar effects pedals smashed to shit so that limited our setlist quite a bit but cheers for stickin with us. Hopefully we'll get to come back if there's another of these outdoor gigs durin' the summer and "take it to the maximum"...

Speakin oh which... in an unusual turn of events... Silence nightclub got a nice dose of Rage at the Beachparty on Saturday after Jamapalooza. Ended up doing M.C. for a friend of a friend who was doing DJ... and not your usual "press play on the ipod dj-ing either"... some proper mixin' and scrathing goin on from DJ Kimset & Alan Hynes. Threw some lyrics into the mix and a little bit of Rage and it went down great. The guys were great and it was a cool to see them pull some nice tricks out of the bag durin the jam.

Anyways.. it went down well it would seem and looks like we're gona do somethin again tonight. It's gona be a big one and the guys are gona be dj'in upstairs for the DKIT end of year party in Silence. Check them out and around 1 o'clock expect some lyrical artilery and some Rage. Should be fun.

We're off to Scotland right after Silence.. gona be drivin' it durin the night/mornin to arrive in Aberdeen for early soundcheck tomorrow afternoon. Lookin forward to the gig in Moshulu.. should be rockin and we're getting to play with PEARL JAMMIN who kick serious ass. Got some film people who are big Rage fans coming to the show to film it for a dvd their gona put together. Should be interesting....
