Hey guys, I´m soooooooo sorry I havn´t contacted any of you in such a long time!!!!! It´s been a right crazy time here in Majorca!.

Well I´ve finally settled into a hotel called Samoa in a area called Calles de Majorca. I´m working in a team of 5; 2 dutch, 1 spanish and 1 english. My responsibilty is the maxis at the moment which is age 7-14. I begin the day at 10 in the animation room, its my turn to do aerofun this week so that starts at 10.15 for half an hour then at 11.00 we have our daily programmme announcment on the stage. After I take the teenagers to play waterpolo in the pool then at 12.15 we have our ´fun for all game´ which is a really easy game which everyone can do. Then at 12.45 we do all the fundances in the pool with the guests. BREAK TIME. I´m back to 3.00 for either table tennis, sjhoulen (a dutch game) or mini golf. Then at 4.00 we have ball games in the football court intil 5.00.
If it´s my turn to do the mini disco I´m backstage at 8.15, then I begin the disco which consists of a few kids dances then the train where the mums and dads have to make a tunnel for the kids to go through. After its the kids certificates from the kids club then a game like pass the balloon then the kids fun dance.

Then after the certificates from the maxis and the adults its time for our show. Now on occasions we have enternal shows like magic shows or dancing shows, but more often than not its us on the stage.
Tomorrow we have moulin rouge and its the second time which I am playing Satine. Its a really good show but the stage kiss with my dutch collegue Tim is a little awkward!! And its bect to send the kids to the room realy as its very raunchy! The first time we did this show in my hotel my trousers fell down during the first dance. And keep a look out for a video clip on you tube called ´quick release´- the guest filmed the embarrasing incident and put it on the internet!
Other shows we do are Crazy mix and Hit Mix Parade. These two are comedy shows consisting of funny sketches. The crazy mix is just with me and Tim- 77 songs in one hour and alot of costume changes. In the Hit Mix I play the part of Palmala Anderson at some point with a really tight red swimsuit an awful curly blonde wig and big ballons down my front. I have to resussitate my team leader whos lying on the floor and when I save his life we dance to I´ve had the Time of my Life and do the lift at the end.
We have a show called Back to the Movies which consists of dances from Hair, 8 Mile, Annie, Fame, Dirty Dancing, Bridget Jones, Men in Black, The Wizz and Shreck. Theres a projector on the stage during the show showing clips from the film then we come out and do a dance from it.
We also have Grease which is the only show we do every week, I play Frenchie which is really fun coz I get to be a real geek- not hard!! Beats playing Danny!
And we also have Sister Act which we did last night- I play Whoopie Goldberg. I have to wear a black braided wig and alot of makeup, its a really funny show but very hard because its mostly acting.

After the shows its either to Tiffanies to get a drink where all the entertainers go or Pacos for a really good takeaway!

On my days off sometimes we rent a car to go shopping in Pamla to the beach in Cala Mellor or just for a swim in another hotel which were not really allowed to use but we go there anyway!!

Well it´s going ok. I´ve been really ill recently but it seems to have passed. Its my night off tonight so I´ve done a bit of shopping which is desperatly needed, grabbed a few english papers! But its not at all how I expected it to be, It´s really hard work, you dont have any privacy and your constantly nakered! I´m so lucky I´m sharing a room with someone I get on with. Shes called Monique she´s from my training and shes really nice. She works in the sister hotel of Samoa- Euro Calles and were constantly gossiping.
