Here are some random funny times I have with my funny, funny friends... there are so many that I thought I should write them down!

Well, we can't forget the time we were in a lift (Me, Danielle, Helena). We were in there for like five minutes, wondering why we weren't going anywhere, and suddenly Helena says.. "Did anyone press the button...?"

This one's for Aoife Farrell, my rejected art buddy. One day, we were sitting in art, all casual and cool, and my pencil fell on the floor. So I bend down to pick it up, and there's this big crash, and Aoife's looking down at me, laughing her head off! She will never let me forget it...

me and Stapes were walking back from Aldi during the junior cert, with some wine gums. We arrive back to the front of the school, where Emma and Aoife are sitting, looking all innocent. And then, I see my bag. Bagged. So I scream, and call them "bitch sluts". Something else I will never live down...

The time that the passageway to Narnia in my schoolbag engulfed my pencil case... and my sandwiches. Who would have thought that Aslan liked Jam?

Me and Lenny (or Padraig, as he prefers to be known!) were sitting around the awesome-o campfire in Prospect. I asked (without even thinking about what a retarded question it was) did anyone else find capital W's intimidating. Lenny thought this was hilarious, and meanly text it to everybody in his PHONE!

Coming back from Mace one day, Emma was telling us some big long story, and she wasn't watching where she was going. Then she smack into a pole. It wouldn't have been too bad if she hadn't been holding a smoothie, which spilled all down her front.. and she was wearing Danielle's jacket!

I wasn't actually physically there for this one, but I just can't get the image of Heather rolling in her sleeping bag out of my head... it's just hilarious!

I remember being in Timmy's house when we were like, nine, and we were playin with her baby born and we fed it but we forgot the nappy and it peed all over the floor.. we got kinda worried then cause the pee was yellow and we'd only given her water! And then Ash gave out to us and Timmy was almost crying and her mom felt bad so she made us tomato soup and sandwiches!

My sixteenth birthday... Helena, The Wig (Kate), Kathnryn, Kelly and Lauren (AKA the Fat FIve) were relaxing on my hammock.. and then it broke!!
It was pretty hilarious, though they all suffered.. Lauren's phone smashed and Kelly cut hher finger, and the other three probs got squished in some way!

Adolf Hitler was a racist. He thought that all Jews were filth, and that they should all be disposed of. Millions of people died in death camps, were tortured, or gased to death by this man. He wanted all people to have blue eyes and blonde hair, and anyone who didn't was insulted, and treated badly. Non Jewish children were taught in school that Jews were bad people and the children threw stones at Jews as they passed in the street.

These are the famous words spoken by Martin Luther King Jnr. on the 28th of August 1963. For many years, the black people of the world were treated as dirt, and were used for slavery. White and black children went to different schools. Black people were not allowed to enter certain shops of even walk down certain streets.If a white person got onto a full bus, a black person had to give the white person his or her seat. Often black persons couldn't use public toilets, because they had a whites only sign on the door. Black people were also risking being attacked by the Ku-Klux Klan, a racist organisation. The Ku-Klux Klan burned down houses and churches in black neighbourhoods, beat up black people, and even went as far as to abduct small children. The Police turned a blind eye upon these acts of terror, and Ku-Klux Klan went unpunished.In December 1955, a black woman neamed Rosa Parks refused to give her bus seat to a white man. The police were called and she was sent to prison. A young man name Martin Luther King was inspired by Rosa Parks' courage, and encouraged some of his friends and colleagues to help her. They led a protest against her arrest, and many more men, women and children joined in. The black people stopped using public transport, and as it was mostly blacks who used the bus service, it wasn't long before the bus service had serious financial problems. The black people had won the first round.
A few years later, John F. Kennedy was elected president of America. He worked hard to change the laws that kept black and white people apart. By the end of 1963, J.F.K was telling people that:
"THE TIME HAS COME ... TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO ALL THAT RACISM HAS NO PLACE IN AMERICAN LIFE OR LAW." Little by little, life became better for the blacks in America. Martin Luther King's famous speech went something like this: "I HAVE A DREAM THAT ONE DAY IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA ... LITTLE BLACK BOYS AND LITTLE BLACK GIRLS WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN HANDS WITH LITTLE WHITE BOYS AND LITTLE WHITE GIRLS AND WALK TOGETHER AS BROTHERS AND SISTERS." Martin Luther King was assinated in 1968.
