oh my god, the Hard-Fi gig was incredable!!!

their support acts were v good, particullly The Rumble Strips! they were brilliant! their energy onstage is amazing!

and when Hard-Fi came on it was just the most amazing feeling ever! Shaz went 2 me "i cant actually believe i'm here" i couldntve agreed more! they played 4 an hour and a half, and every song was just so awesome (well, actually i dont know whether or not "Help Me Please" was awesome cos of the fucking bitches infront of us. they were shouting stuff like "im bored" and "play some good songs" and "No, not a love song!!" i wanted 2 say "actually, its not a love song. its about his mum dying and its a beautiful song and if u dont like it, if ur so fucking bored then y dont u just leave? cos NO1 WANTS U HERE" tbh i wanted 2 throw them off the balcony. or smash their heads in. or both wouldve been good. Help Me Please is one of my fave songs and i was soooo looking forward 2 hearing it live cos its so sad and so beautiful but some people clearly aren't interested in going 2 a gig 2 see an amazing band play live; some people would rather go 2 a gig 2 get drunk and shout complete and utter shit and piss people off 2 the point of them wanting 2 kill them. fucking fucking cunts. well, i've got that off my chest...) they opened with Middle Eastern holiday which KICKED ASS! it blew me away, and the energy of the band and the audience from the 1st chord onwards was brilliant! Tied Up Too Tight just perfect, and they closed with Living For The Weekend, everyone jumping up and down and clapping and screaming and singing along - it was tremense (tremendous + intense (stolen from Josh Homme))

so, forgetting those who aught to be shot, it was an amazing night! peeps, if ur not a Hard-Fi fan then WHY THE HELL NOT?! and if u r a Hard-Fi fan, GO AND SEE THEM LIVE!!!
