- Keith is a 6th Kyu in Judo, and is looking to grade to a 6th Kyu in Aikido. Keith also is starting Tae-Kwon-Do. Other than that, erm... not a great sports fan.. I'll go with Skate-boarding, Rugby and ice-hocky when I can get on a rink!

A Christmas Package for Ireland- From the Jolly Red Men
Let me propose an item that should go on every Irish person's wishlist this Christmas- a way out of, and a way to get through, the recession. If the Labour Party want to really hit the message of hope and change to the Irish electorate, what better time to do it then during the season of goodwill?
What the 'Christmas Package' should contain:
* A message from Eamon Gilmore TD, or maybe even his speech from Saturday.
* Labour's economic plan for rescuing Ireland from the Recession.
* A clear statement that we are not Fianna Fáil or Fine Gael, and what our ideals are.
It will come at a time where the Irish people are looking into their pockets and finding them a little more threadbare. It will come at a time when parents and children are finding it harder to buy each other the gifts that they each deserve at this time of year. It will come at a time where fear of the unknown looking into 2009 brings- whether students will afford Education, whether there will be more job cuts in Construction and whether the predicted massive job losses in the retail sector will materialise.
But we cannot found our New Ireland on the fear of the masses, we must instead enable them to vanquish that fear with the choice of an informed alternative. FF and FG's current mottos are simply, "More of the same". More job losses, more cutting expenditure in the public sectors, and no economic stimulus package based on taxation of the wealthy, borrowing to 40% of GDP to invest in job creation and infrastructure or the National Pension Reserve Fund.
It is the season of goodwill, it is the season of jolly red men- let us all give a gift of hope this Christmas. Is féidir linn.2 Comments 355 days

Cork City will be protesting along with Dublin on the 9th of May for the legalisation of cannabis. Multi Billion Euro industry we're talkin' here.. serious business. We also offer dealers to be completely eliminated and offering consumers a variety of uncontaminated (2 years running with weed, forever with hash) cannbis along with a corresponding balance of THC and CBD: the anti-psychotic element of the plant, currently unavailable due to the nature of contemporary laws.
