So what more could i add. Im not an only child, i do have a older brother called John. I dont get to see him all that often because he lives down in Derby. He's made me an Uncle aswell. - Rugby:- Yes ladies and gentleman, I am a Rugby Player. A Tight Head Prop Forward. I Play for Jed Forest 1st and 2nd XV. I Love being on that pitch but its debateable if I can actually play it well. But do not stereotype me, I am approachable and very open minded. Computers:- I can be found very often on the computer. Either chatting online or playing games. I like stragedy and role-playing games. I can be found roaming AOL and MSN at times too.
Food:- I can eat a lot, or not enough. Im a fussy eater but when I find something I like, I eat it and I eat a lot of it. However there are some treasures I eat rarely to keep them devine. You want my Love? Toblerone or Topic are the ways to my heart!
People:- I like to see the people around me happy, no matter what bullshit life throws at them. If Life hands you a lemon, throw it somebody - Ways To My Heart
- Im a shallow person in this aspect, im open to bribery at times. 2 litre bottles of Dr Pepper or Pepsi Max, After Eight Icecream, Topics.. but Toblerones will get you bedded--even if ure ugly.

- Due to unforeseen circumstances, i got married to Karen. But we both sleep around... We are happy together tho!! And lets face it, If your wife is gana sleep around, make sure she is hot!

So Now What Do I Say?
October 25th 2008 - Cheekbone broken in 3 places..... November 6th 2008 - I have 2 titanium plates inserted into my face.... November 13th 2008 - I undergo corrective surgery on my left knee.... April 3rd 2009 - Lateral Release Surgery on my right knee.....
So now what do i say?
I say Thank You to a certain former Melrose Player who has given me every motivation to work as hard as i can for the next 4 months. I thank him because without breaking my face i would have been happy to remain a 'Nice' 2nds player. I say thank you, for knocking me in the right direction... i also thank my family and friends for their support over the past 6 months.
And i thank them for their coming support over the months to come....
Ive been the 'spare' prop for too long. At least now i can do something about that.

Further Health Update
Facial Surgery was successful. I mnow feature 2 Titanium plates around my left eye. However the one located below my eye will be removed next year. My left eye looks slightly freaky-its cool!! lol
My Knee op went far better than i could of hoped for. I did not require Lateral release surgery. They found that my knee cap had fractured and shattered down the left side. They cleaned the knee out and tidied the knee cap up. This wont take anywhere near 6 months to heal! Just the right knee to go now. Again, sometime next year....
I CANNOT wait to return to the pitch.

General Update
Further to the incident last weekend against Melrose. I Attended the specialist unit at St John's Hospital in Livingston. Was subjected to an X-ray and a CT Scan. Its been found that i have 3 Fracture points around my left eye. One is the cheekbone, Second is the Upper jaw and the third is the Orbital bone itself. I will require surgery to correct all 3, with 2 steel plates being inserted. The surgery will take place this Friday and will take 6 weeks to heal. Furthermore on Nov 13th ill undergo Lateral Release Surgery on my left knee and will take 6/12 months rehab.
All goes well ill be back playing next season
