We still live in the Rez. We finally lived in the same home 4 3 yrs & like the stability. AWESOME ! Report Cards ! Would like 2 have my son have his 1st communion in r hometown. He is 9 & more responsible as he now saves $ & buys his own games. Our lil puppy Oreo went 2 heaven on Nov 6 @ 5:10 PM & now have 2 other puppies. My son was heartbroken but Auntie G answered his prayer with Maxwell & Hugo. Gotta find new sitter becuz she is spoiling them BIGTIME ! Luv ye lil SIS xoxo,,
2009 just plan on bein a good mother & being there 4 my mom & son! Had contemplated goin back 2 GP 4 college but my mom is priority ! Don't like being unemployed but accept life 4 what it is.

- mIsS u My lil O'reo BIGTIME ! Just livin life in the Rez and makin small resolutions such as having only 6 cigs a day, exercise, proper diet, downloading pics, cutting down on pepsi & drink more water !
Goin 2 start another procratination list & make some milestones ! Been having sum health problems & found out that I have kidney stones probably becuz of the f'n pepsi. Dr. told me 2 quit so have 2. I'm such a chronic it is goin 2 be difficult.
There r good people in this world & most of them are from the NWT !

- I used 2 collect unicorns but changed it 2 lil mouses. This collection is 8 yrs old and a majority of them were given 2 me by my bff. Been given few fr here & there and treasure them all. Sumtimz call them my lil favours becuz have done tonz favours 4 my friends & in return ask 4 a lil mouse. They r hard 2 find ! Always find them @ flea markets. But 1 in a million ~ Have 2 ! looks like the real macoy ! Had 1 but it melted in 03 ! Have a Mickey Mouse but not a Minnie Mouse. Them lil critters rest used to be on my entertainment stand ! Now they are all over the place !

- Born in a lil TI & Metis Roman Catholic community located south of the Great Slave Lake called Fort Resolution, Northwest Territories. Population about 650 & counting ! This lil town has lotsa history becuz it once had a residential school & hospital here and was almost the capital of the NWT in the early 50's. We have annual spiritual pilgrimmage in August @ Mission Island and is just awesum becuz they have venues showing how to fillet fish, make bannock, dancing, sewing, etc....
1 school, 2 stores, 1 office complex, 1 fast food outlet & cottages to rent @ BR. Beautiful scenery sites such as Buffalo River (BR), Mission Island, Portage & Landing.
1.5 hrs fr Hay River, 3 hrs fr Ft. Smith, 7 hrs fr YK, 10 hrs 2 GP and another odd 12 hrs 2 e-town. - Us !
- Wake up at 7:03 am, make sure he brushes his teeth, walk him 2 school, 2 yogurts a day, plus granola bars, prayers & baby song every night ! xoxoxo.... BIGTIME ! All of his report cards are awesome and am very proud of him.
I am now spending a lot of time with my son and cherishing every moment.! ~ MY SUNSHINE - MY EVERYTHING !
We have MAJOR PLANS for this year and it will involve us both agreeing to a healthier and happier future. He looks forward 2 all of it ! Every 1 needs change - CHANGE & COURAGE is all ye need ! Tis all me & my son ! - A Diva at heart !

Never take someone for granted
Never take some one for granted, hold every person close to your heart because you might wake up one day and realise that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we have been missing until it arrives.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens; but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one, which has opened for us.
Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart but if it doesn't, be content to grew in yours.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

Hi Sis, That's pretty late travelling! I hope everything goes perfect with Mom's appointments. Phone me and if I am not there to answer, leave a number so I can call you back!!!!!!!!!!!! It's pretty lonely at home without Mom. Before she left she put supper on and when I got home after 5:00 PM the darn thing was still cooking on the stove. Dad sure makes me work!
