I bought a visa for Australia too, so the plan is to head there at the end of the month and get a flat and a job for a wee while before i come home.

Glad to hear you're back into the working scene. Working at the motel's hilarious. I spend most of the working day making caves with a 2 year old named Abel, and/or avoiding a woman with one-leg who lives in a caravan named Row Long The Purple Pirate...

I'll be finishing here in a few weeks, the snow's melting and it'll be time for me to get the boot. Planning on buying a tent and seeing every last part of NZ, but we'll see how long my money lasts. I'll end up taking the tent home and living somewhere on the Law Hill to become somewhat of a Dundonian legend "The Gobble Shnazler" "Schnargleberg", or quite simply "Thon Creep" would all serve as fitting names for me in that capacity.

Not sure what else lies ahead of me... Maybe i can go somewhere in Asia to patronise entire communites, wear Merrel hiking shoes and get a tattoo of a dolphin leaping over a rainbow. Just a thought really.

It's been one year to the day that i left behind the glourious city of Dundee, and all of her sumptuous delights.

Today i got a whopping four numbers on the lottery, so a boutny of cash (approx $25 to $100) is mines for the keeping! If i'd won any more cash i could have flown to Africa, picked up a honey badger and released it in your bathroom whilst you unwittingly showered. Still, money isn't everything.
