good tip, sugar free jelly and soup made with vegs with no calories, i keep reaching platos too, it gets u down, but u will work thru it, i cycle alot and go on wii fit/active, we will get there in the end lol
not lookin forward to goin to slimmin club cos i fink ive put weight on this week, will force myself tho.

ah it is good to get the kids back to school and get back in to my normal routine
my house isnt any quieter tho with the youngest one still at home, hes a little devil lol
