- Hi how's it going? It's ages since I've been on this so I decided that for the first time in over two years that I have to update my homepage. What's there to tell you, well I'm 21 years old and studying Professional Cookery in A.I.T.

- I love all types of music but especially chillout music from the ministry of sound
- T.V.
- Being a chef of course I love to watch cookery programmes on the T.V. such as "Great British Menu", "The F Word", "Come Dine with Me". I also like a bit of classic comedy like "Fawlty Towers", "Father Ted" and "Only Fools and Horses"
- Food Glorious Food
- One of my favorite pastimes is cooking and when I have a day off and I'm not too tired I love to experiment with recipes at home, adding extra ingredients and changing quantities of ingredients to see what results I can come up with.

- Sometimes I scare myself.

- I dont think that I could be any happier than when I'm down in Galway with the lads doing stupid things on the street after a mad session.
- Favourite Books
- At the minute my favourite fiction books are any Insector Rebus books by Ian Rankin, I think they're great. And my favourite non-fiction is "In Search of Perfection" by Heston Blumenthal. I love his experimental development of recipes.
