A double board certified surgeon with a specialty in reproductive endocrinology, Dr. Jake Reilly is in the business of knowing women. He feels that obstetrics are about caring for patients, and fertility in particular requires a hands-on approach in a different way – when couples spend years of their lives and thousands of dollars just trying to have a kid, there's a huge psychological component to fertility, and he tries to do everything he can to give couples their dream. He is the newest addition to Seaside Health & Wellness.. Jake was once married and gained a step daughter, Angela. His ex-wife died over an overdose a few years ago.

so basically right now, i'm only replying to the other half. my muse has just completely died for this genre and so until further notice i'll only roleplay with addison. i'll reply to ooc comments of course; but roleplay is strictly just jake + addison.

Addison tucked her head into the crook if Jake's neck, wrapping her arms around him tightly as she sat up. She was sobbing softly, silently, before pulling herself together and wiping at her tears. She wiped the gel from her stomach before taking Jake's hand and placing it on her stomach. "They have to be okay. They're our little girls, our miracles. And I don't think I could survive losing another baby. Not like Elias."
"As soon as possible." The doctor tells them. "I'll have you scheduled in for tomorrow." Addison nods, squeezing Jake's hand nervously. "God of coarse something has to go wrong." She waits for the doctor to leave the ro before the tears fall. "I can't lose another baby Jake!"
