Yeah you would think that they would improve but they don't. Keep getting worse and worse. Yeah the phone is pointless, you end up going through to the wrong number, then they put you through somewhere else, and the other person doesn't pick it up, so you get cut off and have to start all that crap again.

Yeah Telford is always terrible. One of the lecturers comes into my work & she had said that they hadn't even sorted out the rooms yet, or told them their timetables (that was two days before the courses started) so we had to figure it all out when we got there Monday morning & every single student was standing at the recepetion. Nightmare.
She should go down to the college if they still haven't called her, she might be able to sort it easier down there.
So are you doing anything with yourself other than McColls?
