WALKING IN HEELS
Tips for Walking Confidently in High Heels
Wearing and walking in high heels is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT WALKING EXPERIENCE and IT'S NOT TOO DIFFICULT. With a bit of practice, U'll step out in high heels in no time.
1. After U wear ur high heels, STAND UP SLOWLY and get use to the new positioning of ur weight. Have something near by that u can grab on to because u might feel like tipping over at first. In front of a full length mirror, STAND FOR A WHILE, and THEN TURN SLIGHTLY TO EACH SIDE. Not only will u be able to check ur posture and profile, but the act of merely standing in high heels WILL HELP REMOVE SOME OF UR APPREHENSION, and let u get accustomed to the added height of the heel.
2. Take a few steps in ur high heels. Keep legs AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE and CLOSE TOGETHER. Start off with slow, short steps, placing ur heel down first then rolling onto the flat of ur foot, the ball then ur toes. Remember also to SWING UR ARMS because IT WILL HELP KEEP UR BALANCE. With each step, point ur feet as straight in front of u as u can If possible, do this at first on a HARD FLOOR (not too slick).
3. Continue walking and forth across the room, turning different directions, and stopping without wobbling on ur high heels. The more relaxed u are, the easier it will be to keep ur balance. Part of looking fierce is projecting confidence. So remember to keep ur back straight, head up, and round out those shoulders. There is no slouching in fashion.
4. As u become more comfortable with ur high heels or platform shoes, PRACTICE ON VARIOUS SURFACES, like low carpeting and wood floors. Dont do on thick or padded carpeting because it can throw off ur balance. Start off slowly with each one and remember to work on stops, turns and even slow dancing. Avoid sand, dirt, mud, grass (ur heel with sink into the dirt like a golf peg), snow, broken gravel, or any surface that is more difficult to walk on.
5. Finally ADD THAT EXTRA POP TO UR STEP, with a tip from the fiercest walkers of all: MODELS! When models walk down the runway they will take their foot and cross it slightly over the imaginary line onto the opposite side. This is what creates that SASHAY IN THE HIPS and nearly completes that fierce walk.

Ladies just a reminder THE ABSOLUTE NECESSITY OF LUXURY PEDICURES, time to show off Ur beautiful painted clean healthy toes in those OPEN TOE HEELS.
LETS LOOK "FABULOUSLY HOT" & AVOID THE "HOT MESS"
So, Ladies head over to ur nearest Nail salon or Spa and get those toes done.
(Let’s keep it real . . .There is nothing worse then looking down at a pair of Hot HIGH HEELS and see ten raggedy toes and dry cracked heels inside them).
For those of U who prefer to do it Urself, here are a few simple steps and tips to achieve a professional pedicure in an hour.
What U will need:
* nail remover
* cotton balls
* foot bath/ large flat bottom bowl
* nail file
* toe clippers
* towels
* foot cream
* foot scrub
* cuticle remover
* cuticle pusher/orange wood stick
* foot file/pumice stone
* nail polish
Before U begin:
Tip 1: Alcohol and acetone free removers are less drying, but don’t work as well especially, on dark shades of polish.
Tip 2: Avoid metal nail files. These files rip ur nails.
Tip 3: There are two sides of a nail file. The side with the fine grade is for smoothing. The coarser surface is for shortening and shaping nails.
Tip 4: If u have stained nails try rubbing whitening toothpaste or denture cleaners on them.
Let’s Begin:
Step 1: THOROUGHLY REMOVE old nail polish.
Step 2: CUT AND FILE NAILS:
To avoid ingrown nails, cut the nails straight across. Always file ur nails in one direction until they are even and slightly rounded at the corners, to achieve a soft square shape.
Step 3: SOAK UR FEET:
10 -15 minutes in warm water.
Step 4: TRIM (PUSH BACK) CUTICLES:
Please use caution. Apply cuticle remover and allow to sit as long as the directions read. Use an orange wood stick to gently push the cuticles back.
Step 5: SCRUB FEET:
Use foot scrub with either a foot file or pumice stone to slough away the dead skin on the balls and heels of ur feet.
Step 6: MOISTURIZE:
After U have dried ur feet thoroughly (do not forget between the toes), rub on a foot cream.
Step 7: POLISH:
First apply a thin base coat. After a minute apply two coats of ur desired nail color (allow to dry in between coats).
That’s it. After the nail polish has dried, pull out a pair of OPEN TOE HEELS and show off ur toes.

Have u ever been in this situation? When u were wearing sexy HIGH HEELS to a mall or public place for example, all eyes especially men's were directed to U, or when U were with ur boyfriend, he was always distracted by those women wearing sexy HIGH HEELS, and that made u upset. It’s just a pair of shoe, in this case it is HIGH HEELS, but it can change entire look, image even the personality of a woman. Next is some reasons why those things can happen :

HIGH HEELS MAKE U LOOK TALLER. They change the angle of the foot with respect to the lower leg, which accentuates the appearance of calves, so cause ur legs to look longer.

HIGH HEELS MAKE U LOOK SLIMMER. In straight proportion to the first reason. Tall is identical with slim, so high heels won't make u look fat.
3.
HIGH HEELS ADD A FEMINISM TOUCH TO SUIT AS WELL. They are the sexiest and hottest way to give the finishing touch to a woman’s dressing. Even though u just wear jeans and t-shirt but will be entirely different look with added of high heels.

HIGH HEELS ALTER THE GAIT. They emphasize the walking gait which basically means ur walk becomes far sexier because the height of the heel actually forces ur hips to swing a little further to each side as u move. It’s also means that high heels add a sexy wiggle to ur walk.

HIGH HEELS off course MAKE U FEEL AND LOOK SEXIER. They change ur body stance, make ur calf muscles more pronounced, and force ur butts and chests out -- it's nearly as if HIGH HEELS force u into better posture ... and good posture is always sexy.
