    If you want to see natural beauty at its absolute best - you must visit New Zealand.
    New Zealand is the most beautiful country on the planet!

    New Zealand is also one of the easiest countries in the world to travel around.
    The roads are excellent (and almost deserted), crime rates are extremely low, there are no dangerous insects,
    snakes or predators to worry about, there are no diseases or infections to guard against, the people are helpful
    and friendly, the exchange-rate is massively in your favour (so your pound or your dollar goes a very long way)
    and English is the native language. New Zealand is paradise for travellers


    The World Bank said Tuesday that it had concluded that New Zealand was the most business-friendly country in the world.


    A NATION OF DRINKERS?

    Compared with other countries, New Zealanders are not heavy drinkers. The average New Zealander drinks:
    >> 5% less alcohol than the average Australian.
    >> 12% less alcohol than the average Briton.
    >> 30% less alcohol than the average German.
    >> 40% less alcohol than the average Irish.

    The key difference between Aussies & Kiwis
    (convicts / settlers)
    The whole world often dumps Kiwis & Aussies in the same geographical blob, but there are numerous & vast differences between the two countries (although, admittedly, a huge amount of similarities too).

    Firstly, NZ & Aus are a good 2000km apart and it takes 3 hours flying time in a jet plane, over nothing but water, to get to Australia (and that is just to get to the most Easterly point of that huge land mass, equivalent in size to Europe). Australia is sun baked, dry & flat – NZ is cooler, wetter & mountainous.

    Australia was already being settled by 'convicts & prisoners' of Britain (often for menial crimes) a good 50 years before British ‘colonialists’ started to settle in New Zealand i.e. Anglican church in Christchurch (considered the most English city outside of England), the Scottish in Dunedin (Dunedin being the old name for Edinburgh, Scotland)...

    Australia is full of crap that will bite you, eat you or have a good old go at killing you. Even after all this time the most dangerous thing in NZ are bumblebees (every year there a few folk who get stung and discover they are allergic to them and have a bit of a bad reaction). Short of a cow going to sleep and falling on top of you, you’re pretty safe in good ol' NZ.

  • Why chicks shouldn't drink

    We have absolutely no idea where our purse is.. and for some reason, that's ok.

    . We believe that dancing with our arms overhead and wiggling our butts while yelling "WOO-HOO" is truly the sexiest dance move around.

    . We've suddenly decided that we want to kick someone's ass and honestly believe we could do it too.
    HAHA ^^

    . In our last trip to pee, we realize that we now look more like a homeless hooker than the goddess we started out as just 4 hours ago.

    . We drop our burger/ pizza slice/ chiken ball on the floor, pick it up and continue eating it like its nobody's business.

    .We start crying and declare to everyone we see, including people we barely know, that we love them SOOOO MUCH.

    . We get extremely excited and jump up and down every time a new song comes on because "OH MY GOD, I LOVE THIS SONG!"

    . The urge to take off articles of clothing, get up on the table or bar and start to sing or dance becomes strangely overwhelming to us.

    . Our eyes just won't seem to stay open by themselves, so we keep them half closed and think it looks incredibly sexy.

    . We've suddenly taken up smoking and we believe we're really good at it

    . We yell at the bartender who we believe has cheated us bygiving us just orange juice, but that's just because we can no longer taste the vodka.

    . We think we are in bed, but our pillow feels strangely like the floor.. or like the mop.

    . We start every conversation with a slurred "Don't take this the wrong way but..."

    . We fail to notice that the toilet lid is down before we sit on it.

    . Our hugs begin to resemble wrestling take-down moves.

    . We are tired, but we are troopers so instead of going home, we just sit on the floor wherever we are standing and take a quick nap.

    . We take our shoes off because a) they're ridiculously impractical.. but soo beautiful! b) We believe it's the shoes' fault that we can't walk straight.
