I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the Spokane Real Estate Market. The market is correcting itself right now and the rate decrease and stimulus package are going to help keep our market on track for another decent year.

Wth Summer coming we will have a slight correction in the market as First time Home buyers get a chance to buy again with good rates and home prices that have or will come down. Once the market corrects itself and home buyers can buy in about the 100-120k range, then the market will pick back up for everyone.
