Punk God Iggy Pop will play one extra concert in the UK to raise money for The Children’s Society charity on 31st August.

The rock royalty, famous for smearing raw meat over his chest, stage diving and smash hits such as ‘Lust for Life' is headlining the gig to raise funds for the Charity.

The half-day intimate music extravanganza will be called ‘Rock the House Live’ (www.rockthehouselive.com), with tickets going on sale on Friday 1st June at 9am with the 10,000 tickets expected to quickly sell out.

The gig will take place at the Harewood House mansion in Leeds. The event will cover a large area of the grounds offering an eclectic mix of opulence with Rock and Roll.

Alongside Iggy Pop and The Stooges, we will see masterful live performances from The Horrors, Idlewild, Sons and Daughters, The Sunshine Underground, The Young Knives, The Dirty.
