About Me

Me, Myself, and I
Holywood is renowned as a vibrant, speciality-shopping town with established art galleries, local artists and craftspeople, all working to promote the area as an attractive place to live or visit. Situated on the southern shore of Belfast Lough most of Holywood district has great views of the Antrim Hills on the northern shore and the town is only six miles from the city of Belfast.

A number of the Province’s most eminent art galleries are located in the town as are a growing number of designers and craftspeople. Indeed Holywood has attracted a number of new town centre businesses and restaurants in the past year.

Then theres the rugby club...

  • Saturdays

Right guys don't forget that there will be training on a Saturday afternoon at 4.30pm. All it will involve is some football and/or touch followed by a few cool beers in the club. Spread the word to any of your mates who would be interested in coming down to play for the club or for the social side of the game.

  • LurganRugbyClub

Lads just wondering who wrote the match report for Lurgan v Holywood in the Gordon West Cup on your website as the statement below is totally untrue as i am Lurgans media officer and this was never put in the paper!

"Claims from a local Lurgan newspaper that Lurgan would run in 50 plus points was to prove a fairytale as the visitors were sent home to lick their wounds after being shown to be second best on the day."
