- My name is Natalie Brown. I run my own personal training business in and around North Lanarkshire specialising in all sorts of fitness and health aspects including sports massage and nutrition. I have been working in the fitness industry for five years now and have a vast range of experience. I have worked with both large and small health club chains and private gyms and I still teach group exercise classes for some of the larger clubs. - Personal Training
- One on One training sessions taylor made specifically for you. Whatever your goals are I will help you to work towards them. Providing emotional and physical support along the way. Suited to you in every way. You choose the time, If you like an activity we will make it work for you, ensuring you don't need to do anything you don't enjoy.
- Group Training
- If you always fancied some personal training but couldn't find the courage, felt uncomfortable or couldn't afford it, then group training is for you. For up to three people at a time you can get the training and advice you need when it suits you. Get a bunch of your friends or colleagues together and work out with a professional on hand.
- Sports Massage / Injuries
- Had a little niggle or an extremly sore pain? Do you just want to relax? Sports injury and sports massage is always a benefit.
- Nutrition
- I provide all sorts of nutritional information, diet plans and diet overhauls to suit the individual and family. Shopping trips, healthly cooking and recipes, it's all included.
- Body Design Project
- This is all about changing your lifestyle. Initially we sit down and discuss what your plans are, what shape do you want to be? We then start to work on putting the plans into action. Personal training and Nutrition are included, this is more a course than anything else. You learn along the way. I don't just tell you what to eat or how to exercise but teach you how to do it.

For the first time in... well, let's just say "A long time", I'm trying to get fit. I've been doing all the usualy stuff - weights, drinking water, fruit, veg, sensible diet, etc and I've dropped 2 Stone in weight over the last 2 months, but I'm finding it difficult to loose the fat from around my tummy.
Any pointers/hints/tips for loosing weight from that area? -

just seen coaches comment, he clearly forgets about the 10% tolerance so would have to run by at over 33mph, due to his massive left baw, he has no chance of making this speed ever.

Fernando Muntepan105 weeks agohey nat, just checked ur blog looks good so ill be keeping an eye as, i need to get me arse in gear as my bodyfat% is 23.2 % compared with 14% at start of year due to lack of training as my mum was quite ill in hospital and everything went on thwe back burner, so am now for the first time devloped a slight pot belly and the mass i got from the gym on my arms legs chest etc has dissappered oh dear lol
any way good luck with ur trial and ill catch u later!

Coach C111 weeks agoNats i am in desperate need of your wisdom!! I am trying to become the worlds first sprinter to set off a 30mph speed camera. It just never seems to flash. I am clearly only sprinting about 29.96mph when i run past the cameras.Can you recommend any unique training methods or dietry supplements that would assist me??

I know it is ridiculous!! I am so busy this month, my exams start on Tuesday and I am off to Belfast to get my Visa then I jet off to the USA on the 1st of June!! Argh its crazy!!!! So you doing this full time or are you still fighting the fires? xxxx
