Best of fruits
Shaped like the heart,
Shaped like Earth

All love apple.
Apple gives me strenght

Much later,
Partner was drowsy.

Once more,
We'd bit into the peach
- It's very first fruits.
We'd drunk of finer fountain.

I heard tattoo drums roll.
For each of us they rolled.

Lakes, clouds, trees,
I heard some nocturnal bird howl
Not for us the melancholic cry!

Merrily, merrily we sang
Along.

I went to an art and book festival
I saw books, very many books
I saw Michelangelo, heard Mozart
At the art and book festival.

Flowers were shared, plays were staged
I heard songs. I saw dances
I saw Adam
I saw Eve, and even little ones.

I went to an art and book festival
Poems were read, short stories too
Highlife, jazz, sundry songs were played
At the art and book festival.

O Lord, please, spare my life that I may be
At another art and book festival!
