An exciting evening
Got out of work only to find a townace truck fly down the one way street of Federal Street right out side the entrance to my work where he took the sharp end of street corner at 50+km's going onto two wheels and crashing into a silver nissan pulsar and spinning out.
I checked the driver who was notable shaken and saw the guy driving his truck off a full tack only that he headed into St. Patricks square where I smiled as knowingly knew it was a dead end so ran across the road after him yelling at by standers to ensure he doesn't come back as its a dead end. I got around the corner and found the truck parked and the drivers door open and saw the perp trying to climb a wall much too high to get over so he came back where myself and the drivers partner joined me in confronting him.
I made sure he was aware of what he'd just done and to remain still and got on the phone to the police but other people were on that so I called Simon to get me a VIR on the truck.
The guy jumped back into the car so myself and the drivers partner while the car was reversing pulled open the drivers door and wrestled him to the ground pinning down. Once secure I checked on the truck which had kept moving and reversed into a tree so I killed the engine and went back to assist Tim with the guy.
After all the excitement and pinning the guy down for about 5 mins the police arrived and spent the rest of the time giving a verbal account of the incident and only then noticing that in the struggle to apprehend the driver of the truck I'd torn my new suit and a few more scratches on my phone as dropped it in the fight.
We made sure no harm came to anyone and then focussed on ensuring Tim's partner was ok as it was quite an experience she'd just gone thru. All well that ends well just glad I was there to help.0 Comments 682 days

My first guitar take II
Been playing for about 2 months now and maks loves listening to me play and loves trying to play herself. So I decided to take a look on trade me and found one second hand for $16.50 to which on the drive home from kindy on friday I told her she had her own guitar. I only mentioned it once that it was in my bedroom on my bed and as soon as we walked thru the front door she deadlined straight for my room saying, "there's daddy's guitar and then her face lit up when she saw the ukelele and practically jumped on it in excitement. She grabbed it straight away and started playing it and wouldn't put it down. She must've carried it around with her up until it was time for her bath, when her cousin came round she was so protective of her guitar that to stop Danika playing with it she put it in the naughty corner and told her cousin, "5 minutes".0 Comments 769 days

Oh I was guna ask you about that DVD you did for us! The copy I've got is all scratched cause I've watched it too much and it wont play properly anymore. Any chance of getting a copy from ya? I love that DVD!!!! You really should look at doing something professional part time

sorry I been so slack, man babies take up a lot of time !!!! Lucas is now 4 weeks old and I am sure he is smiling now
