- I'm an author who's living my lifelong dream. I was bitten by the writing bug at the tender age of seven. At thirteen, I was walking my dog one day and a plot came to me, about a magical Crystal and the elves who protect it. Now, **cough cough** years later, that idea has been published by Samhain Publishing in THE WOLVERINE AND THE ROSE. It is literally a dream come true, as I used to daydream about being published with that very story as a starry-eyed teen.
But I write much more than fantasy. I write paranormals, contemporaries and historicals. I love writing. It's like breathing to me. I'm published at Samhain Publishing, Champagne Books, and By Grace Publishing, and I hope to be around for a very long time.

Wow, Haven't Visted Bebo in Forever!
Hey guys, I totally forgot about this website! And after I write this blog, I'll most likely forget about it again! LOL
I have a few irons in the fire right now. I've submitted a few stories for publication, one to Samhain Publishing entitled BLACK ANGEL, one to Harlequin Historical Undone entitled THE FALL OF JERICHO, and I have a contracted work I just turned in to Champagne Books entitled KINDRED.
I'm so hoping to hear good news on my other two books!

Now, I'm currently writing another western novel entitled RENEGADE. Ooo, it's gonna be a good one, folks. Double-crossing, kidnapping, and hot lovin' abound! Gonna try to shoot for HQ on this one as well. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Becka's Birthday Bash
Hello everyone! If you've been following my books for the past few years, you might know I hold an annual birthday party for myself every year.
It's called Becka's Birthday Bash, and it lasts for an entire week, the week of my birthday, October 9th.
This year, it will be held from Oct. 6th to Oct. 10th on my author loop, The Magic of Romance. I will be posting excerpts, posting fun facts, fun questions, holding contests and giving away sweet wrapped "mystery" birthday gifties. If you'd like to come and partay with me, you can join my group at:

THE WOLVERINE AND THE JEWEL Coming to Print!
The second book of my "Legends of Mynos" series, THE WOLVERINE AND THE JEWEL, is coming to print on March 25th! You'll be able to get your copy directly from my publisher at www.SamhainPublishing.com or directly from Amazon.com or order it from your local bookstore. I've already received my author copies and they're gorgeous. I LUV all that purple on the cover!
Also, if you live in or around the Hillsboro, Oregon area, I will be holding a talk/booksigning at the Hillsboro Main Library on Brookwood Ave. on Sunday, April 6th at 2pm. Everyone is welcome to come!
