- Me, Myself, and I
- Amber Moon was formed in October 2006, when Guitarist Bean Dolan, Vocalist Annie Hynes and Flautist Fiona Ducke came together to form a Trad based Irish group in the midlands.
They immediately went about building up a repitour of Irish songs, well structured traditional arangements, and a zesty mix of modern rock/jazz songs for when the occasion arose!
With Bean often taking to the microphone himself at times; it creates an added depth to the bands flowing harmonies. Annie also backs some tunes and songs on the mandolin when the time calls for it, whilst Fiona takes the listener on a melodical rollercoaster with her dazzling display of artistic expression.
Below are pictures, blog, tour dates and some demos from the first few weeks of Amber Moon together as a band. Enjoy!

Drisheen & Amber Moon
We've just put up a video of Amber Moon playing with Drisheen in France. This clip(with very bad camera work by Bean!) was taken on Paddys day 2007.
Who said the French were quiet and reserved in pubs !??!
Drisheen are: Steven Ducke, Peter Keilty & Niall Mooney.
You can also find the lads on myspace: www.myspace.com/drisheen
Rumour has it we might be back over next year!...

I like the Ryan Adam's song too. Bean's voice should make all beans proud...especially the Watties variety! Personally I would sing 'Bean, my winding wheel'. But then I a weird.
