I'm 17 about to be a senior in highschool, terrified because I have no clue where I'm going to college, I'm thinking about either being a guidance counselor or a drama teacher. I know I want to be involved in the peacecorp or americorp or some missions program when I graduate from college though.

  • From geek, to- well still a geek but more comfortable with my geekiness

    Have you noticed that despite all efforts to be "cool", the new clothes, haircut, style, "lessons in being "mean" or "bad" (Kramer, Beth, and Finnijer will get that) that we never really change, not really we're still the akward slightly geeky/nerdy person at heart, and that maybe when you really think about it, its not really that bad, because you probably wouldn't feel comfortable being, the pretty confident girl you thought you wanted to be so bad since 7th grade. Well always this blurb is done...

  • just a poem I wrote cause I was bored no name

    If love is suppose to be “unconditional”
    But I have to “prove” I love you
    Then I’d rather keep my conditions and not be a hypocrite

    If love is suppose to last forever
    But you give up because you fall out of love
    I prefer to give up before I’m in love than cause hurt later because I’m not

    If love means “sacrifice”
    But only on my part
    Then I’ll sacrifice love itself

    If love means lying
    To keep from hurting me now
    Then I’ll be hurt now instead of letting you devastate me later

    If love is saying you care and want to know what’s wrong
    But you won’t listen when I try to explain why I need space
    Then I’ll keep it to myself so you don’t have to imagine what I’m going through

    If Love is accepting me just as I am
    But only when I act like someone I’m not
    Then just hate me instead for what I’m not

    If the phrase “I love you”
    Is just another expression that means nothing to you
    Then save your breath because I don’t think I can take “being in love”

    Hey Guys Camp was so amazing I can't even describe how awesome it was. I wish Y'all could have been there I really think that Camp helped me to really change and I hope I continue to change for the better instead of going back to my old self and my old ways. I know I like to say "I've Changed" alot but I honestly believe I have this time, and I don't plan on going back to who I was before, that song "who I am hates who I've been" by relient-k seems to be my theme song now more than ever. I experienced God in ways I never have before, and I think I enjoyied the quiet times when everything was still and you just couldn't help smile because you knew that God was there with you. I would love to share my testimony with you guys if you like so e-mail me if you want to know. Love y'all and God bless!
