Born August 29Th, 1989 in Tupelo, Mississippi), better known by his stage name IcyWyte, is an American rapper that started out in the year 2003 writing and producing his own music. By 2007 he decided to create a buzz around his local scene so in late summer of 2007 he did his first show called “Back to School Bash” for all the teenagers going back to school in his local town, it was a success and this also started his love for performing live on stage! The next event would be at a club near Memphis, Tennessee that was owned by DJ’s from a local radio station 92.7 FM, the DJ’s noticed the crowd reaction the night of his performance and his single, “Jump If You Crunk” was spun on the radio for approximately 60 days, and also this is where his first radio interview took place.
