Ivyrise made their debut in April 2008 when first single Tips, released on Stage Records, reached Number 5 in the UK Indie Chart.Next up for Ivyrise is the release of 2nd single Disguise, due in September and remixed by legendary US producer Jason Nevins. The track follows on from first single Tips.
The earliest incarnation of the band came to fruition when 23-year-old Portsmouth born front-man Ben Falinski met with Pop guitarist Paul Cronin (aka Cro) through a University Press advert. They instantly discovered a musical chemistry and the plans for Ivyrise were forged.A string of drummers followed before the duo finally teamed up with Liam Malson from Drumtech to complete the band. It didn't take long before they were spotted at London's Water Rats by Stage Records' boss, Matthew Brown. The band have since teamed up with producer Paul Simm.
Ivyrise are a British band worth keeping an eye on.

    It has just been announced that Ivyrise will be supporting Bon Jovi this Saturday in front of 60,000 people at Twickenham! We won the public vote in The London Paper after competing with 19 other shortlisted finalists that were hand picked by Bon Jovi.
