Me, My Life And I.

Born on a small and obscure island, Dunners got his first break at the age of 2 when he starred in the Public Information Film "Smack Your Child Right". Capitalising on it's success in Catholic quarters he went on to make a series of successful movies including "I Think I Feel a Sin Coming On", "The Way To Heaven For Heathens" and "Catholic Smackdown 7: Revenge of The Popemobile..."

Taking a break from movies at the age of 15 he squandered his fame and money on extravagent cheeses and bottled air. Hitting the gutter at the age of 19 he looked up to see DIT Kevin Street where he has hidden in darkened labs sleeping under the pool tables ever since.

If found he should be humoured with remarks such as "Really?", "Indeed", "My Goodness" and "The Socio-Economic Situation Within The Former Soviet Republic of Azek-jip-y-stan Truly Causes Deep Seated Concern".

Failing that throw a block of cheese and watch him scamper like a happy puppy.

  • Jaysus...

    ...you leave Bebo for the better part of six months and everything changes. New colours, new layout, new people. It's mad so it is, mad.

    So what's been happening since I was last here? There's been gladness, some great new mates, re-elected as President, fun times with campaigns and good fortune left, right and center. There's also been saddness, a good mate lost, homesickness a plenty, no more basketball, a gammy foot and stress top, middle and bottom.

    Somethings are good somethings are bad. I miss the rock, I miss my Manx mates and I'm depressed I won't spend alot of time with either for a good number of months. On the plus side I'm getting a raise, I'm facing new challenges and I have a chance to do some really great things.

    Overall my mood is melancholy but that's probably just the lack of mobility and creeping depression talking. Here's to better times!

    Oh by the by I have a new blog! A proper one no less. I don't update it often but still pop over and have a gander.

  • ITT's All Over :(

    So TT 2007 is over and I'm weeping like a small child. The beer tents have gone and the piston brew is well and truly out of stock. First things first though, some apologies.

    *To the bar staff in various outlets, drunken Dunners is often bad Dunners.
    *To the users of the villa port-a-potty, it was alcoholic gel of course I was going to use it all.
    *To the small girl at the Peel Bay Festival, you were in my way learn to get over it.
    *To Scotty, I know I said I'd call but you were a cockney and that almost makes you a scally.
    *To the numerous people I tagged, it's bushys get over it.
    *To the drinkers of Bushys Ale, I got the last pint and I'm only apologising because my lawyer said it would be wise. :-P
    *To the entire nation of Germany, it wasn't big and it wasn't funny though it did make me laugh...

    By far the bestest TT ever, the bikes, the booze, the stunts, the fumes, the races, YES THE RACES. Amazingly I actually made it to some races this year, well one but still. A low body count as well which is always good, though unfortunately some spectators killed. Bad business that, bad business.

    Some cracking photos that should be on the upload now. The book of quotes is almost completed as well, I'll scan it and such as soon as I can be arsed.

    Quote of the period: "IT'S PAPER!! IT'LL DISSOLVE!!"

    Well that's all for now as I've just received a summons. Apparently my liver is suing me for "gross negligence and abuse spanning the last two weeks". Bastarding thing, I wish it never came back from Sweden...

    Grr I say!!

    I had my Bebo birthday and not one of you noticed. It was just me and Bebo and a stale cake, STALE! There was some Manx Ale though that made it all alright. But I'll not forget this, I'm remembering it already!

    The fact it took me six days to realise it was my Bebo birthday is irrelevant. Grrrr to you all, GRRRR TO YOU ALL I SAY!!! >:(

    The DIT Comedy society are offering you the opportunity to reserve tickets to its DIT's biggest comedy gig in its history. NEVER WILL SUCH A GOOD NIGHT COME SO CHEAP, EVEN IN THAILAND. SO RESERVE YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THEY GO ON SALE AND INEVITABLY SELL OUT.

    The line-up includes Andrew Maxwell of the Panel, Robbie Bonham, and two other major comedians - we have a list, we just dont know who to pick. At €10 a ticket, Andrew Maxwell will never be so cheap and his sell out gigs in vicar st are a testament to his funnyness.

    The venue is The Village, Dublin. And its is a lovely way to settle back into college after the holidays. It will be on the 2nd of April, and it will be the "only gig in the village" that night.
