| Hey, thanks for stopping by to read my profile. I guess you could describe me best as a passionate, energetic, focused and technically savvy individual. I love computers, gadgets (ipod, nano, harmony 880, palm treo, etc.) and technology in general. I can translate technology into layman’s terms and understand a lot of technologies , products, management methodologies and more.
In 2006 I made a career change from IT manager to sourcer (recruiter). Now instead of answering phone calls from highly agitated customers and managers, I get to make like changing offers to my former peers. Since I understand much of the work IT professionals do I am very in touch with the industry and how to find them.

I have a small collection of premium action films. Last count my collections was over 300. If you love movies as much as I do, then you really need to check out DVD Profiler (http://www.intervocative.com) it’s a great tool for tracking your collections without having to enter much data. You only have to enter the UPC# and it pulls down the cover, the title, all actors etc. It is very cool. I think the best part of being a recruiter is meeting all sorts of people with different likes and dislikes, cultures, backgrounds etc. Every time I meet someone new I enjoy the opportunity to grown my own diversity and open my mind to new ideas.
