    Pole dancing is the new fitness craze and it's a great workout. First off, think of the benefits, swinging around a pole can be quite an art. Let’s face it, it looks like a fun way to shed pounds, be a little sexy and playful at the same time. We all know how boring exercising can be so we are always looking for some way to make staying fit more enjoyable.
