All of these downloads are free, however, some of them are only 30-day trials.
My advice is this: if you want to use the programs but only want the free part of them, download them all, but one at a time.
For Example
Download Paint shop pro... when the free trial runs out download adobe photoshop. Keep that going until you have used them all. That will last you
5months all for free. Can't be bad.
