The Saturday Show
The Anchorman himself - Will Ferrell - called into the Saturday Show a few weeks ago. Nicest man ever. Slightly obsessed with Longford (not really but it was mentioned several times in conversation!) Films
Sludog Millionaire is my "new favourite film". Love it love it love it!! Saw Stepbrothers when I was on holidays. Nearly peed myself I laughed so hard! Innerspace, ET, The Aristocats (only because it was the first film I ever saw in the cinema!)The Garden State. And I better include Anchorman now that Wil Ferrell was a guest on the Saturday Show
Scared Of
... what happens to my blood pressure when I'm watching 24!! Shakira's uncanny ability to sing like Mr Bean The film "28 Days Later" gave me sleepless nights for weeks after I watched it. I realise I'm a total sap because of it!
Happiest When
Already mentioned that I'm happiest dancing to cheesy dance or pop music. Hanging with my friends in Roscommon on a lazy afternoon. Did I already mention chocolate cake with this one?!
Music
ok so I change my mind every damn day but at the moment, I'm listening to the new take that, britney & killers albums. Have just finished digesting the duke special album & the blizzards album I like noisy auld stuff as well. Led Zeppellin (yes I can play "Stairway to Heaven" on a guitar. Albeit poorly!) I have a bit of a hankering for good old 90s dance music. If you're old enough to remember it, you know what I mean. If you're not old enough, don't fret!

  • RUN RABBIT RUN!

    this week I'm filling in on the 2fm lunchtime shift. Now that I'm just finished todays show I'm off to the Gym to get some leg action going! Squats, lunges & anything else that will stress my legs out enough ought to get me in enough shape for this thing!

    doing it this year for Temple Street Childrens hospital.

  • Nothing on in the shower but Gerry Ryan.

    Started training today for the flora womens mini marathon. New You gym in Dublin are doing the honours again. Was dreading starting it cos have been horribly lazy the last few months! Thankfully the particularly torturuous machinery were very busy today which meant that Conor my trainer could only put me through my paces on the cross-trainer & the rowing machine. It was enough though.

    Most high-tech showers ever. You could turn on the radio on a panel IN the shower. So I had nothing on but Gerry Ryan!!

    More training Friday.
