Thats the album done at last!. It was recorded by Winnie @ The North Highland College in Alness and Mixed, Produced and Mastered by Greg Kane from Hue and Cry. The launch is this fri (12th June) @ goNorth, 11:30pm, Mad Hatters, Inverness.

The first single from it is "Nowhere Left To Run" You can download it FREE from our myspace page (just scroll down a bit to find the link) http://www.myspace.com/theside05

The album will fully be released on Fri 19th June, priced at £7. It will be up on I-Tunes, HMV Online, etc. aswell as from the band and local shops. Tour dates are up on the page but there is still some more to be announced.

There's an Album Preview up on this page, will put some full songs up next week, so let us know what you think!. Hopefully catch some of you's at the Launch and on some of the tour dates.

seriously, thank you all so so so so much and please come to hoots on 12th june and repeat your performance.... you guys MADE the gig at oscars and it is quite literally, one of the most enjoyable gigs i have ever had in all the years and bands i have ever played with

without you guys singing, dancing and going crazy, we are actually nothing and we totally totally appreciated every bit of the banter that you created for us all

i am currently getting pins and needles in our mastering studion in glasgow - no, it's not the music, it's the awkward position that i'm crammed in at the back of the room.... labourisoiusly listening to every nuance of every track, trying to perfect each tune for your pretty little ears

tbh, this is nothing compared to the endless hours of endurance that winnie, our singer and respected leader, had to put in in order to prepare us for this day, the finale of making the album

although muff, james and i all did our bits here and there, without winnie, there would be no album.... i personally do not have the know-how to do what he did, nor do i have the strength, but he guided us al through and has driven us to produce an album that we are awfully proud of..... personally, sitting here listening to these tnes, thinking about the awesome gigs wheere we've met loads of awesome people and having all this fun, could not be possible without the other 3 guys in this band.... these guys are ot only the potential key to my millions, but i also consider them to be my best friends (which is really respectable for them to achieve since i have so many )

the biggest thanks has to go to all you guys for making us want to play more, play better and dance our f*cking socks off

i seriously commend everyone who makes us smile with your energy and support
