Hey, MrJAG here. so we're a wee 3 piece wannabe folk band; but there's too much cheese in us to let it happen! been playing round for a bit now, recorded an album 'time captured thoughts', late 2007, with the hope to do another this summer! oh and we just recorded a 4 track ep there so if you want one give us a shout, ta for popping in, if ya like you can check out a few tracks here or on myspace.com/mrjagmusic. have a jolly day

  • the craic-a-lac at the minute

    ok so we are in the process of finishingthe new recording woop exciting woop
    we have decided to go for a 4 track ep for many reasons that i shall fail to mention right now but we have hope to start on a full album in the summer
    here is the track listing:

    1. something
    2. outcasts
    3. never fade
    4. missing you (aka the melon song, the one about bob and willy, that mad wee country one)

    we have had a few guests along with us so its been a great laugh and we have been recording it in studio 5(want any info, go here - www.myspace/studio5belfast - legendary)
    also we are planning a few nights to raise awareness about the dalits named "a night for the untouchables", please keep checking back for more info on that

    ok so guys,
    we're thinking on doing a bit of recording again, that is in the next 2 months, wen we have free time and all that!!!!! so we have one quesion for those who'd be reading this..... do you have any requests???? any stuff you know isn't on our album that you've heard that you'd like to see on the next jag ep??? not to sue what to do yet... but maybe you's can help, leave a comment or just let us know

    well....there's a gig coming up on 14th March called oxjam. The winners of this event will get to play in 2 furthur events...the Carnival of Colours (23rd March) and the City Of Song (24th - 27th September)

    If you're interested in entering Oxjam, you can email a couple of your tracks to info@music55-7.com. From here, the event organisers will pick out who they think has talent and who sucks! :)

    Also, there's a gig on in the nerve centre in derry on 14th Feb to go along to just for the craic ;)
