Ok, so I saw this on a cult on vf somewhere.
I'm going to list a few, good and bad, memories of 2008.
To reflect on the times that have changed me and helped me grow into my own person.
(Well, really just the big stuff that happened that I can remember.)


- The lead up to my birthday. Drama, drama, drama. Great way to start a new year but it all worked out in the end.
- My birthday. A very good day. Joe and Alice and other people say happy birthday to me and I got all embarrassed. I had a exam that day too. Overall, it was a good day and I felt great.
- Dawn asking me "Hanne... do you like strawberries?" in ICT once. lol And finding out I had strawberry socks for my birthday.
- Hearing about Hayleigh's birthday piss up and Sian wetting herself (and Ayesha kissing Katie!)
- Staying round Sam's for the first and last time.
- Easter and having millions of chocolate eggs.
- Breaking up with Sam. The tears, the anger and finally the realisation that I'm better off without him.
- Ayesha going out with James. How cute!!!
- Narnia coming out!!! Eeee!!! How excited I was and how beautiful Ben Barnes is.
- Going into town with Dawn, Lou and Liz and being over an hour late. Then me and Liz following the blue foot prints.
- Going to see "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" and hearing the whole cinema going "Awwww!!" so many times.
- The trips to Hithe with my mum and finally finding a good tape for the car. Yes, I actually mean tape.
- All the random msn conversations with Lou while walking Jeremy Kyle. And the old lady going "hmmm yeah, yeah, oooh, hmmm" the whole way through.
- Nail the Snail in a shop.
- "What?! Your brother has a bomb in a cage in the sea?!"
- Belly Nielsen.
- Going to see Spies. "Big Fish, Little Fish, TRAMP!".
- Giving Dawn Moe II (the second).
- The toilets in Frankie and Benny's.
- When Karie's boyfriend phoned up, thinking I was Karie and was going "how old are you?" "Er...16?" "OMG is this Hanne?! I'm so sorry I thought it was Karie!"
- Going to see Mamma Mia with my mum and her friends.
- Getting to know Luke once again.
- Starting a job.
- Getting paid for the first time.
- Christmas in general.
- Talking with all the oldies at work.
- Having little Cleo stay for a month.
- Getting my AS results.
- Starting Sixth Form.
- Finding out Lou was no longer coming to Cornwallis. :-(
- Last day of school. :-(
- Ellie not coming back to school. :-(
- Dawn's birthday party.
- Sitting in my room for hours, reading the Narnia books.
- Having my photography lessons in the summer.
- When Sophia asked me and Tom Evans to "act like we're in love" for a photograph and then asking me to pretend to hit him and actually doing it.
- The thing with Dawn and her lover. ;-)
- Winning at squares.
- Staying in bed till gone 5pm.
- Telling Dawn to bugger off. lol
- Job interviews.
- Finally getting my badge for work and feeling god knows how excited.
- Watching Twilight for the first time and realising that I'm far too impatient.
- Going to see "Easy Virtue" and falling for Ben Barnes all over again.
- Todd jumping in the pond up at the big house and then running into a bush. lol


That's all for this list but there's so much more I could add.
I've had a wonderful year overall.
Yes, I've had some very upsetting days, but they've all helped me grow up and see the world in a better light.
Thank you all for being so great to me.
I love my friends and family to death.
Without you guys I wouldn't be who I am today.
I love you all.

You gotta love this guys explanation of Hell...The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term.

The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well:

Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.

One student, however, wrote the following:

First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving.

As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell.

With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.

This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

Liz - She’s my best friend. She’s the most fantastic person I’ve ever met. We have the same stupid sense of humour. She makes me laugh so so much. She’s absolutely beautiful. She’s been there for me through everything. Through all the bad and all the good, she’s been there making me laugh and smile through it all. She’s stuck with me for life now so mwahahaha hehe. I love you my Liz-Cheese. You’re my bestest best friend in the world and I can’t wait to make even more great memories with you.

Dawn - What a smelly person but I do love her and all her randomness. She’s been stuck with my since year 9 through all my “I’M HUNGRY!” and “I’m dying!”. And you know what? She’s going to be stuck with it for much longer. She’s so funny even though she does trap me in the corner of the class room with desks! We have the strangest of convocations but they all make sense to us. She, like all of my other friends, is just so beautiful. She’s helped me so much in the past few years and I couldn’t thank her enough. I love you Dawn Prudence, you distracter you.

Ellie - What a lovely girl. She’s so nice and so sweet to everyone (but Max). She’s a bit silly but that’s why I love her. I can’t believe she’s leaving us all. I mean seriously, what are we going to do without you? Who are we going to take to the loo? Who are we going to walk their lesson to? It’s so sad. But don’t worry Ellie, I’m going to keep in contact with you. You can’t get rid of me now. She’s ever so beautiful and just so lovely. I’m going to miss her so so much but I know she’s going to do great in college, I know she will. Good luck Ellie, I love you and I’m going to miss you so bloody much. You better not forget about me smelly!

Ayesha - What a star. She’s going to become famous, then go to prison for stealing the Olympic medals where she’ll beat up the other prisoners. Haha! She’s a great friend to have. Tells the worst jokes ever but still great. She gets confused about the smallest things but it’s ok Ayesha, I still love you. She’s been stuck with me since year 7 (lucky person) and it feels like just yesterday when she had a million little clips in her hair and had that little bob. Awww. I know what you mean Ayesha when you say you don’t feel old enough or mature enough to go into sixth form. But we’ll get through it together, there’s not getting rid of me now. You’re going to do great in sixth form and I know you’re going become an huge success even if you don’t become famous. You’ve helped me so much in the past and I hope that I’ve been a little help at least once. I love you smelly Ayesha, to the moon and back.

Lou - Well well well, look who is it? Louise Bacon. I know we haven’t been that close before but this year I’ve definitely got to know you so much more and I’m so glad I did. You’re such a funny bean and so lovely. Yes, we’ve had our off days but our good days have made up for it. I hope I haven’t annoyed you too much in History this year and I’m going to bloody miss you in History next year. You’re so great Lou and I’m so happy I became friends with you. We also have some pretty weird convocations but it’s all good. Don’t get too obsessed with that George boy from Britain’s Got Talent (it’s a bit strange). Lou, you’re an amazingly smelly person BUT I love you none the less. You’re stuck with me for life now Lou and there’s nothing you can do about it hahaha.

Amy - What a sweet sweet person. Amy, you’re actually one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I’m so glad we’ve become friends. You’re so lovely and for some unknown reason, it seems like I don’t actually annoy you. What is going on?! Or I do annoy you and you’re very good at hiding it.
