Karl X Byrne is a DJ, Radio Presenter and Producer, Promoter, performer (occasionally), Graphic Designer and Band Agent. During His years playing he has been resident DJ and musical Director for the Tassel Club and The Spirit of Burlesque for 4 years. With the Tassel Club amongst others, Karl has Played in The Spiegel Tent (Fringe Festival) The Sugar Club, Spirit, The Trinity Ball, The National Stadium (Russell Brand), The Laughter lounge ( Bulmers comedy Festival), The Westin Hotel, Voodoo, City Hall (Dame St.), The Vaults, Castle Palooza, Gubu, Inn on the Park, Craw Daddy. Crane lane theater and the Savoy in Cork and has made many trips to play in The Pigalle Club in Piccadilly London including their launch night. Karl also has a weekly 2 hour Radio show, the Speakeasy for Liffey Sound FM. Karl is now the Director for a new show Called Le Cabaret Cirque. First show was on New Years Eve at The Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Fossett's Big Top.

    This Tuesday's show on the Speakeasy 10pm-12 on www.liffeysound.com will be something a little different playing only Vintage Blues music from 1927-1945 on the subject matter of Booze, Copulating and Drugs from 3 great albums.
