BEBO AND YAHOO!7 ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Sydney, 1 November - Yahoo!7 and Bebo today announced an exclusive strategic alliance to provide
compelling display advertising, integration of popular Yahoo!7 products and the delivery of entertaining rich
media.

Under the agreement, Yahoo!7 will sell Bebo's display advertising in Australia reaching an estimated 1.4
million1 users and doubling Yahoo!7's ad impressions. This is the first agreement of its kind with a social
networking site in Asia Pacific, and provides its advertisers with substantial marketing opportunities and
enhances the online experience for Yahoo!7 and Bebo users.

The partnership will consist of three major components in the areas of selling and serving display advertising
and engagement marketing campaigns, integration of Yahoo!7 Search and Yahoo!7 Answers, and
embedding Yahoo!7's video player into Bebo to deliver quality rich media content from Channel 7.

Advertisers will benefit from the partnership by combining Bebo's highly engaged community with Yahoo!7's
insights and proven track record in reaching online audiences through innovative campaigns. The two
companies' combined audience consumes over 1.2 billion2 page views a month.

This partnership will also enable Bebo's sales team to deepen its focus on offering sponsorship and
engagement marketing solutions, including brand integration in its groundbreaking entertainment properties
such as online drama, KateModern.

This exclusive alliance will be led by Francisco Cordero, Bebo and the new Yahoo!7 strategic partnership
division, headed up by Markus Barnikel.

According to annual figures released recently by the Internet Advertising Bureau, the Australian online
advertising market is growing at a double digit rate year on year, and is set to break the billion dollar mark in
Q4. A separate study presented by PriceWaterhouseCoopers in August 2007, estimated that internet
advertising comprised 9% of all advertising revenues in Australia and was expected to grow to 16 per cent
by 2011.
