ORANGE AND BEBO PARTNER TO PROVIDE MOBILE SOCIAL NETWORKING

- One of the world's largest social networks and Orange have joined forces in a groundbreaking partnership to bring mobile social networking to Orange customers

- Bebo Mobile enables Orange customers to stay in touch with their friends, discover interesting people and express themselves from their Orange phone without needing to download or install any special software

- Orange packages offer unlimited mobile access to Bebo.com with the ability to upload photos, post and receive comments by SMS and be part of a members-only entertainment club

- Bebo customers will also benefit from tailored Orange mobile packages

London, 28 March 2007: Orange and Bebo today announce Bebo Mobile - a new service that brings one of the world's largest social networks to Orange customers. Orange will have an exclusive on the service in the UK for an undisclosed period of time and the service will also be tailored and rolled out to other Orange operations around the globe.

Combining SMS access to the Bebo social network, a Bebo mobile browsing experience and a members-only entertainment club, the new service enables Orange users to stay in touch with their friends when they are on the move.

"Orange is turning social networking into an 'anytime, anywhere' experience," said Sanjiv Ahuja, CEO of Orange. "With Bebo mobile, the phone is moving from a one-to-one communication device to a complete social networking tool, enabling people to engage in conversations, discover new interests and express themselves in a completely new way."

Social Networking enables people to build stronger connections with the people around them and discover new avenues for self-expression. Bebo Mobile offers users all the key benefits of social networking without having to be in front of a computer screen and enables them to:

- manage personal profiles
- add new friends
- upload photos
- update their blog
- view other people's profiles
- receive profile notifications

Orange also offers Bebo Mobile users membership in an exclusive entertainment club, which includes invitations to the hottest music gigs, special passes to the newest film releases and more.

Pricing and Availability:
Bebo Mobile will be available to all UK Orange customers this summer. Bebo Mobile members with a WAP phone will have access to Bebo.com from Orange World, where they can access all the key functionality of the UK's most popular social network.

Orange customers will be able to sign up for a 'Bebo Bundle' which offers unlimited mobile access to Bebo.com and also enables them to send SMS comments directly to their friends' profile, receive immediate SMS profile notifications, upload photos directly to their profile and send Bebo Mails via SMS. Pricing will be announced when the service launches this summer. Orange is also working to provide Bebo users with a great value communications package available exclusively to them.

Orange customers who do not have a Bebo account can sign up for free by going to Bebo.com, calling Orange Customer Services on 450 or visiting the Orange World homepage on their phone and clicking on the Bebo icon.
