I started as a happy-go-lucky unemployed manager then i decided to take a gamble and apply for the greenock morton job, i get the job so its my first job in football and its very successful as u can see by the pictures i then got a job at derby which wasn't successful i then got a job at plymouth argyle which was possibly the most successful of the lot (again as u can see by my fotos) i spent 3 years there and i am wit QPR, now i got promote to du premiership with QPR at du first attempt and was back in du premiership, i only spent du 1 season in du premiership with QPR but i did keep dem up, but after dat i resigned and took over as west brom manager i made a couple of excellent signings includin vagner love on a free and arturo lupoli for 11m unfortunately i only spent a matter of weeks with west brom before the dorr opened for the liverpool job so i took over der no i was quite succesful with dem but i cnt rite anymore cause i dnt hav enuf room so just luk at du pics 2 c wht happnd
