Minardi's first driver, Andrea de Cesaris, is in the Guinness Book Of Records, holding the record for the longest career without a victory. He started a total of 208 races, 42 less the M. Schumacher, and failed to win a single one. His best finished was third, acheiving this on three occasions. This was the first time he failed to score a point in a full F1 season. This only recurred once with Tyrrell in 1993.

Drivers: #23 Adrian Campos, Pierluigi Martini; #24 Luis Perez-Sala Best Finish: 6th Points: 1 Position: 10th Car: M188 Engine: Ford DFZ V8 Tyre: Goodyear Adrian Campos's contract was revoked after he failed to qualify three times in a row, and was subsequently replaced by Pierluigi Martini. He was also in disflavour with team principles, due to his failure to finish a race. Statistically, Campos finished 12% of the races he started.

Morbidelli - Ferrari Test Driver - was replaced by Roberto Moreno for the last race of the season when Morbidelli substituded Ferrari's Alain Prost, who'd left the team. Morbidelli finished an impressive 6th, collecting half a point, due to the race having only 14 laps complete: the shortest race ever in Formula 1.

Drivers: #23 Christian Fittipaldi, Alessandro Zanardi; #24 Gianni Morbidelli Best Finish: 6th Points: 1 Position: 12th Car: M191B, M191L, M192 Engine: Lamborghini 3512 V12 Tyre: Goodyear. Christian Fittipaldi was briefly replaced by Alessandro Zanardi for three Grande Prix, when Fittipaldi recovered from an injury. The subsequent Grande Prix include Great Britain, Germany, and Hungary. Zanardi, however, only qualified for the German Grand Prix, where his gearbox failed on the second lap.

Drivers: #23 Christian Fittipaldi, Jean-Marc Gounon; #24 Fabrizio Barbazza, Pierluigi Martini Best Finish: 4th Points: 7 Position: 8th Car: M193 Engine: Ford HBC6 V8 Tyre: Goodyear. Christian Fittipaldi fell out with the team's management, and was accordingly replaced for the remaining two Grande Prix. Fabrizio Barbazza was replaced with Minardi veteran Pierluigi Martini.

At the Australian GP, we notably witnessed Lamy spinning numerous times, after outbraking himself into a corner.

Drivers: #20 Pedro Lamy; #21Giancarlo Fisichella, Tarso marques, Giovanni Lavaggi Best Finish: 8th Points: 0 Position: 10th Car: M195B Engine: Ford EDM2 V8, Ford EDM3 V8 Tyre: Goodyear Fisichella was dropped from the team, as Minardi needed a driver to bring funding to the team, of which Fisichella didn't, so he was surrogated by Tarso Marques for two races. Returing for another seven races, Fisichella was eventually replaced by Giovanni Lavaggi, who bought drives in Formula 1. The 195B was upgraded of the 1995 car for the 1996 season.

Season 13: 1997 Minardi Team SpA (22 fotos)
After the Canadian GP, Trulli moved to the Prost team to replace the injured Olivier Panis. Trulli, himself, was succeeded by Tarso Marques- the test driver Trulli failed to start the San Marino GP due to a gearbox failure prior to the race start. Tarso Marques was excluded from taken part in the Austrian Grand Prix, due to an underweight car that took place in qualifying.

After Belgian, Minardi ran the PS01B, an updated version of the PS01, featuring a revised rear end and gearbox.

Though Anthony Davidson proved quick in qualifying, he spun off in both races. Yoong returned for the remaining three GPs.
