Not being funny, but that copyright has obviously been edited!
Different size font as well as different font and different colour font. You can also see where the new text was shodily copy and pasted onto the image [it just about cuts part of the fence out].
Not to mention this pic"s been kickin round on google images for years ... In fact, I"m pretty sure I"ve seen the last three images on some online art site or another before as well.
Art thieves are idiots!
Feel free to prove me wrong though, lol

| Art heft is just sinking so low! Like Ruby said, you can obviously tell the copyright has been edited! Even if your family member did draw it (which they didn't) you still wouldn't be allowed to enter it- because it's not YOUR drawing! |

 I am the artist who created this image and would like to thank Ruby for calling out Lauren Shelley on her blatant infringement of my drawing. I have no idea how young this person is since she doesn't want anyone viewing her profile (imagine that!), but I certainly hope she's learned a lesson from this experience.
It is indeed flattering when someone admires your art enough to copy it, but it is unforgivable to claim it as your own creation and post it publicly.
BTW, I discovered this theft through my stats program, but I have many artist friends, and we watch each other's backs by letting each other know when we find our art on other sites such as this. |
