 where was this taken???? what year???? I marched for the team that the leader is 2nd file from right and 2nd from back(the red and white with the red V on busby. |

 It was taken in 1998 Rugby Park in Pukekohe. I think it was from the stands. My Dad took it. |

 I was there at Pukekohe nationals, marched for Railfreight Cavaliers Midgets. I'm pretty sure my leader, Rochelle, is standing at the back by the first C (agc sign) Red jacket, red pancake hat, black feather. Awesome day and sooo many teams. |

 I gave birth to my 3rd son Kade, the night before this championship, at Middlemore hospital and we were both at the park on time the next morning, the icing on the cake was that my team won the national title in the miget grade this year ("The Pines Kandy Kids"), it was a wonderful championship, with a very high standard of marching over all grades and divisions!! I would love to see any more photos of this day, if anyone has any more. (or a video would be fantastic) I am sure marching NZ may have had videos for training purposes back then????? My leader has not arrived to the field to be in this photo. Wonderful Memories of this Champs and that baby boy is now 21 yrs old..........yet it still feels like just like a couple of seasons ago, and all my baby girls that were in my team are all in the early thirties..............gosh that means I am getting real old...LOL |
