Hmmm...well, I concur about the Sunday the 9th thing...the picture background looks like one of those garage-type things built up under archway bridges...not knowing the London area I have now idea exactly where...perhaps the "code" at the top left is a clue? "Pinchin St?" If rearranged...the Roman numerals are for 15...perhaps a time? 15:00? I'll have to continue toying with this a bit...

If you look at the map at the link there's a railway line running next to pinchin street so I think its one of the arches.

I don't think that 15 is a house or door number... if you look at this zoomed in hybrid map http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=pinc... there doesn't look like there are 15 or more houses and the road looks a little short.

It could mean 3pm or it could mean the 15th arch?

The nine on the calender might already of been there to mark the full moon or something, i think that the 'smeared x' on the calender which marks 13 is the date.
So far its:

The picture is of a brick archway
And there is a smudge which no-one has said anything about....maybe it was graffiti or something!

And if you print the picture off and look at the black square just under and to the left of the smudge in it is the numbers 22, quite hard to see but when you get it its quite clear.

And as for the x on the calender it could be part of the code telling you that this is wrong, and to ignore the obvious?

The "7" is a shadow around a brick column. The smear on the top of the photo is probably to cover a spot of graffiti. I wouldn't be surprised to find the calendar is placed to cover some "Liz <3 Tom 4ever" or something.

It isnt an archway or a bridge for what i know lol is that it is indeed a garage, maybe under a bridge/archway but it's definitely a garage ask me on my bebo how i figured that lol

There is obviously that "X" through the calendar which indeed pinpoints 13 but could the "X" mean the tenth month October sunday the 9th or Thursday the 13th or could that be just a hoax the calendar altogether for the pizza guy only said time and place, NOT date he could be there waiting everyday you never know.

Right - No doubt that it says Pinchin St. - position where this 'person' may be.

15 - time could be 1500 hours. Commonly called three o'clock - where lunchtime becomes involved (morse code). Similar times.

Sunday the 9th is highlighted, but we mustn't forget Thursday the 13th, Thursday the 13th is blocked out by that cross. So you must keep this in mind.

Somehow - I don't think the random smudge in the picture has anything to do with it, although it does look suspicious - make your own choices.

And the arches/bridge - maybe a railway line. Looks like a garage because of that big fat black line with white underneath it.

One thing you must look at though. Look at the picture as a whole.
The picture is white on black. Not black on white. Therefore it's in negative format. Probably to confuse all of us. Probably to confuse Kate in finding out what to do.

Thats the thoughts I've come up with. Just thought I'd help out though.

The Calendar is the same as March 2008,December 2007 or even September 2007 (this would explain the 9,as it being the 9th month)
XV- mean 15 in roman numbers, it can mean the day 15, 15 hours(3pm) or even something else.
Grab a cell phone and make this, translate the letters to numbers:

The nine on the calender might already of been there to mark the full moon or something, i think that the 'smeared x' on the calender which marks 13 is the date.
So far its:

'Lunchtime' or 'under the arches'
The picture is of a brick archway
And there is a smudge which no-one has said anything about....maybe it was graffiti or something!
