I ‘ooooh’-ed and ‘aaaah’-ed with the best of them. It’s not every day you see twelve ladies on a bicycle or performers juggling balls with hands and feet while upside down. The most impressive was the He-Man who hopped down stairs in a handstand, legs extended diagonally while He-Man 2 balanced one-handed on his back. Wow. Wow. I wanted to take one of the midget tumblers home. I imagined bartering: ‘ten Yuan! No that’s their daily food allowance. OK, OK, OK, last price, 20 Yuan!’ The one hour show was brilliantly choreographed and the pace never let up. The 180 to 380 Yuan ($34-75) ticket price was more than I expected but well worth it.
