This was a FLUKE planting, because I got the foxglove at a garden sale (blind buying for color in otherwords) and we built them the garden. I picked out the candy-striped clematis because I love the two tone flowers.
Couldn't have done a better planting job if I had tried.
I just love this photo that Dan took.
I think there's a bigger one that's even nicer because it shows the blue sky thru the lattice. That's actually my all time fave photo of these guys. But I did promise you "close-ups" in this section, so I put my 2nd fave photo of 'em in here.
