Hey everyone thxs for taking the time 2 look at my profile i am Nick Harford for tho's who do not no that. I work as a builder 4 E&H DryLining witch is good as i get 2 travel all over the place working on new houses. Sally in the Woods
many years ago a young girl went to play in some woods out side
of Bath on the boarder with Wiltshire and here she lost her
life.....murdered by anothers hand.she has been seen wandering this dark eriee woodland crying as she cant find here way home.

This story has been passed down through the years and is well known locally.

The sally in the woods actually originates from the time
of the english civil war.the word Sally being an old word
for skirmish.which took place in the said wood between royalist and parliment
forces.hense the name SALLY IN THE WOODS.as you can see the word sally got confused with that of it being a girls name and so the story came about.
