MY KANGAROOS Facebook GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the My KangaROOS Facebook Giveaway organised by KangaROOS (‘Who is your favourite StreetDance Dancer’), entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Prize Draw commences on [May 19, 2010] and the closing date for entries is [May 21, 2010] at 5PM BST. No entries will be accepted before the opening date or after the closing date. You may enter as many times as you wish.
2. To enter the Prize Draw, become a fan of My KangaROOS, by visiting www.facebook.com/MyKangaroos,www.beb..., www.twitter.com/mykangaroos (the “Websites”) and write on the wall or tweet your choice of best StreetDance Dancer (the “Entry”). You may enter as many times as you wish. Each separate comment submitted will be counted as a separate Entry.
3. There can only be one (1) winner. The prize is (1) pair of KangaROOS Shoes. Style dependent upon availability.
4. The Prize Draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 13 or over. The following are not eligible: the employees of (i) the promoter and its franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors and their families and (ii) any other company, organisation or person assisting or connected with the promotion.
5. The Prize may be altered or varied at KangaROOS' sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in KangaROOS’ sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. Neither KangaROOS, Bebo, Facebook nor Twitter will be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.
6. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW.

7. The winner will be contacted via Facebook, Bebo or Twitter (dependent upon location of the entry) and will be given 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted during this period, KangaROOS reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
8. KangaROOS will deliver the prize within 28 working days of the date on which the prize was claimed.

9. The winner’s name will be made available on the Websites after they have claimed their prize.
10. KangaROOS reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary.
11. KangaROOS does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system provider, or otherwise which results in any Entries on the Website not being properly recorded or received.
12. The winner agrees to take part in post Prize Draw publicity at the request of KangaROOS.

13. Information regarding personal data provided in the Entry will be held and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into the Prize Draw. The information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from KangaROOS then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.

Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

14. Facebook is not liable for this Prize Draw.
