"Be Something" was recorded at legendary Pachyderm Studios in Canon Falls, MN. Bands like Nirvana, Live, Soul Asylum and Mudvayne have worked in the studio and partied in the ajoining house. Chris Mara, an independent rock producer from Nashville, TN made the trek to Minnesota to work with the quickly rising phenomenon called Drift Effect. "Be Something" follows up the bands 2005 EP release which got them notable attention on the Minneapolis music scene and a slot on the Vans Warped Tour and XM Radio's Top 100 Unsigned Bands list. The album, along with the EP, is available on the bands' website and MySpace page or iTunes, Napster, V-Cast, for your favorite songs.
