“Sweet Dreams My LA Ex” was a hit, the single was also a hit worldwide peaking in the top ten in multiple countries. The “Funky Dory” song was given mixed reviews by critics with some calling it "musically better than "Sweet Dreams My LA Ex" with a hybrid of pop, Latin and even a hint of jazz infusion and a good choice as a single! The re-working of "Breathe in Breathe Out", again a little bit electro but in a pop, R&B stylee. "Some Girls" was released as a charity single for Sport Relief and was a huge hit. Next was two covers of Andrea True Connection"s "More More More", it sold well and a dazzling reworking of the 60s classic, ‘Knock on Wood’; The disco version was originally made famous by Amii Stewart in the 1970s, and now Rachel is ready to bring the dancefloor classic to a whole new generation. The song "Negotiate With Love" was a hit, reaching in the top ten and received good reviews by critics for its mature and confident sound. The song "So Good", was another success. It was hailed as a good song that was "tastily produced and sassily delivered." Then The single "I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)", received some of the best reviews of Stevens" career with it being hailed by for its "astonishingly flawless vocal performance". "Nothing Good About This Goodbye" was Stevens most electro laced ballad she had done out of them all! After that Stevens generally removed herself from the spotlight and had a break for a year, but it has been said that she will release something in August 2007.
